Advanced booking is essential for all lessons and rides. We are unable to accommodate riders without a prior booking. Please book directly on ECpro. It allows you to book up to 12 hours prior to any session. If the time frame is shorter, please email us directly or call us and we can try to book you in.

Private/semi private rides charged same rate as lessons

Liveries receive a £25.00 discount on the sessions.

Riders with their own horses wishing to come to lessons receive a £15 discount.

Ride outs can often be arranged when lessons are at capacity. Please email requests to the office. Please note that these will be priced differently as often extra staff required.

Booking:

If a session you would like is full, why not pop your name on the waiting list for groups. Keep checking the system for a private session.

Please note that if you request a jumping session for private sessions, this will be a request and not guaranteed. We operate a flat week/jump week system for group lessons.

Cancellation & refund policy:

All sessions arerefundable back to your ECpro account if cancelled more than 48 hours prior. If you are unable to come within the 48 hours, you can find a replacement rider for the session, so you don't forfeit the booking. They need to be registered with us and you need to advise us of rider change. For group lessons they need to be of correct standard.

Discounts:

Buy 10, get 11th session free if you purchase tokens on your ECpro account. You have 12 months to use the tokens and they can be used for any rider registered to you. These tokens need to be purchased prior to making bookings.

We also offer a get 10% extra credit if you spend more than £250. This needs to be arranged directly in office and payment has to be made by BACS or in cash. (For example if you make a payment of £270 in cash or by bank transfer, we then place £297 credit on your ECpro account.)

Offer one offer to be used at a time, 10% or tokens, not in conjunction.

Payment

Bookings and payments for rides and lessons are handled through ECpro. Payments can also be arranged by BACS by contacting the office.
