If only one person in group lesson, lesson will last for 45 mins.

Private / Semi private session can be jump, flat* or ride out for 45 mins.

Other lessons, evening rides etc. Please ask for details.

Please wait by the indoor arena for your instructor and horse. The yard is off-limits to the public for health and safety reasons for both horses and people.

If you need to borrow helmets and/or body protectors, we will have them available in the arena free of charge. If possible, please purchase your own safety equipment. We insist all under 16 yrs wear body protector for jumping but strongly recommend everyone wears one.

*If you request a jumping session for private sessions, this will be a request and not guaranteed.

Late arrivals:
No late arrivals after 10 minutes for group lessons. It is too disruptive to other riders and horses need to be worked in gradually. Private sessions for late arrivals will take place but it will finish at the scheduled time.
If you are running late, please email us quickly as possible to let us know. If not, horses could be taken back to field.

Cancellation policy:
Any cancellations made by yourself more than 48 hours prior to the session, you will be refunded. If you originally booked with a token, a token is placed on your EC pro account to use in future. If you are unable to come within the 48 hours, you can find a replacement rider for the session, so you don't forfeit the booking. They need to be registered with us and you need to advise us of rider change. For group lessons they need to be of correct standard.

Please read our full cancellation policy for lessons and rides on FAQ page before booking.
